Human Nature is about the conflict of modern way of living and nature. The images are double exposures of natural history museum dioramas around Europe. The connection of dioramas with photography has always been evident, since the first one ever built was made by the photography pioneer Louis Daguerre in the early 19th century. Later in the 20th century, dioramas helped to shape the view mankind had on nature.

In the series I wanted to transfer man made imitation of nature, into man made surroundings. Show the human in nature and vice versa. In the end the works are about the absurdity, chaos and sadness of life itself.
